you know how Trump's motorcade routes are blocked off by cop cars with their lights going at every corner? I truly believe he sees that and interprets it to mean the city is full of cops everywhere because of so much crime

I always think of how Japanese speakers refer to a fruit basket as a "fruits basket" in transliterated English due to peculiarities of the writing system, but when the manga called that was translated to English they insisted on calling it Fruits Basket and not the idiomatic translation Fruit Basket

among the odd things about this video is how it presents stuff that came along not too long after 2002 as stuff from far off in the future. like delivery apps — both Grubhub and Foodler (later acquired by Grubhub) started in 2004. And YouTube started in 2005.
