I'm doing this because I don't have the right drill bits or files for making the proper hole somewhere else, to be clear. plus I think it'd be more fitting for it to be placed there.

well the idea is to replace the din connector on the pow block with the multiout, I'd be desoldering the din connector and cutting the pillar of plastic between what would be the RF out and channel switch holes in the case, and then just hot gluing from there

i think most reviewers these days add disclaimers about "hey i was given this for free but the company has no oversight on the script or video" which is good... but keeping free hardware is still a form of payment, and thus an influence on bias, which should be responsibly disclosed

keeping conflict localized to where the characters stay also makes how the characters interact with it more impactful. i, an audience member, cant care that theres conflict on the other side of the world that i dont get to see

not to glaze fullmetal alchemist again but theres a reason its conflict remains inside the country with minimal (but not negligible) influence from bordering countries. just because its not affecting the whole world doesnt mean it cant have global ramifications!

if youre not gonna be globe trotting stop acting like this problem is global! it gives bad expectations! it fumbles the scale of the threat! fuck!

youre allowed to have the antagonistic force be a potential force rather than an active one!

my one complaint about the peacemaker show is that it keeps implying that the plot is a global crisis but the characters never leave town and this is just a general problem with superhero stuff they never know that they can just keep it local and still have it be impactful

the camera sucks because it doesnt always give the best angles but it was very much designed so that the levels could generally move it to a position that gives the average best experience for that section of the level

the only times i have to fight it are doing speedrun tricks (cannonless, blj)
