DHS announced plans to terminate Temporary Protected Status for more than 330,000 Haitians saying their continued protection would be “contrary to the national interest" of the U.S.

The policy is set to go into effect Feb. 3. barring future hold ups in court.

The FBI is apparently investigating Democrats in Congress.

But I spoke to former FBI employees who tell me that the speed and aggressiveness here indicate that special agents have skipped steps to get the job done.
