Starting to think that I might need some extended time off work if I'm going to get better. Just can't see me adjusting and changing to be healthy while still working full-time.

I'm off work tomorrow as I'm having new broadband put in and I feel so much more relaxed. No rush in the morning, no hellish drive in (thursdays are the worst). Just chiiiill.

Casual Welsh moment yesterday - someone thought I worked in the pub and asked, "dw i'n siarad cwmraeg?" and I understood well enough to say, "no I don't speak welsh but my kids do". Quite pleased I've picked up some bits.
