Last Sat's square dance was so much fun! We danced with friends, neighbors, old folks, and kids who outlasted us all in energy. Countless "two head ladies chain across" w/ @rebecca-meek.bsky.social. Lots of people asking me this week "when's the next one?!" so stay tuned 🥰

it's our wedding anniversary! 7 years married, 17 years making a life together. & it's the best life I can imagine 🤍

we wouldn't have hired a wedding photographer but our dear friend and professional photographer Cass Summer gave us photography as a gift and I'm so glad we have these images

This morning I wrote an email that began “Dear friends at the LCC” (to our Local Cultural Council) and then immediately started singing *the Gourds version* “so much drama in LBC / it’s kinda hard being Snoop D-O double G“ 🤦‍♀️

This was a beautiful steep hike w/ several waterfalls. While climbing up rocks my husband uttered something that sounded to me like "hoo-rah" so I got "Come On Eileen" stuck in my head for several hours (toora, loora, funny how the mind works, eh?).

WOW. This was worth reading through old posts for, I’m glad I have you in a little list that made it possible for me to find this after time away. Just WOW. Brings back a lot for me and I always knew the feels and truths about it but seeing it through the eyes of an adult is still eye opening. HUGS.
