If I've learned one thing the hard way in 40 years on this rock, it's that your life will be infinitely better if you find people who unapologeticly enjoy things. IRL and online, surround yourself with folks who talk about the shit they love, not what they hate.
We're socialized to constantly apologize for being too outwardly excited about things, but this world is so full of terror and misery that I'd rather see those bursts of light and passion shine through the cracks wherever you can find them.

Someone made John Wick themed hack of Boundless (my free D6-based soulslike OSR tabletop rpg) and it looks amazing.
Their mission generator is on point and they used the Boundless Pool as a way to track ammos in weapons which is great.
And, their game is free!

Every once in a while, I'm reminded of the series of tumblr posts about spell-scars by @filibusterfrog.bsky.social, and I think about how seeing those changed how I worldbuild characters that regularly use/are exposed to specific magics. Fantastic stuff if you haven't seen it.
