I don't think Dick Cheney was even in my "Top Ten People I'd Like To See Die Suddenly of Natural Causes" list any more. These days he might not even have made the top twenty.

They said that during Trump's first term too. They didn't have a plan then, except a vague idea of letting insurance companies sell you worse plans for more money.
Eight years later, they still don't have a plan.

Sending three destroyers and a cruiser to destroy unarmed fishing boats isn't what I would call "strength", unless you're the kind of person who thinks that sending a squad of grown men in body armor with assault weapons to abduct five-year olds is also "strong".
