A way to describe society could be useful to easily explain why we seek to abolish capitalism, but I disagree with atleast 2 of your points

(As a side note, I'll call this the "egoist social theory" cus I don't like being grouped alongside socio-democrats & state "socialists")

So no, describing any action politicians do to reverse the "democratic State" as anarchic is misleading. It misrepresents the purpose of the State & goes on to corrupt the meaning of anarchism just as "anarcho"-capitalists do

(Tho some States are worse than others. Compare Russia to Ukraine)

The right to vote wasn't won by voting. The 8-hour day work wasn't won by asking nicely. No oppressive systems are abolished peacefully

The seeming "peacefulness" the "democratic" State presents is a complete farce the moment you realise that without violence (i.e power) the State can't do anything

3- Politicians reversing progressive laws & undoing restraint systems isn't anarchic or against the State, but furthering its design

The State is inherently sepparate from its subjects. Trying to "democratise" it, while nice, makes it ultimately contradictory
