Ai-first isn’t human first. Every founder says that Ai will boost productivity and do things better than a human can do and faster. In reality, less workers means less overhead and more profits. Lets not get it twisted. Pivoting to Ai is a cash grab and a class issue.

If you’re a TAG member & are lucky enough to be working right now, probably the best thing you can do to be strike ready for 2024 negotiations is to start saving NOW. Hopefully we won’t need to strike, but everyone should be financially prepared if we need to pull that trigger.
