if you feel it's messing you up, step away. don't assume it's messing everyone up and you need to eradicate it because you caught a case of the feel-bads from something. go sit with that and think about why instead of pissing in everyone else's cheerios.

After recent talks with my FFS surgeon's office, I'm losing remaining confidence in my doctor and the prospects of a successful surgery. Things are not promising. They keep forgetting things lol. But I have basically no other choices in IL, and my insurance won't allow me to go out of state. So, 🤷‍♀️
