Should've considered this back when Musk was flipping Nazi salutes or a hundred other times. It shouldn't have had to have turned into a source for sex revenge fantasy and CSAM for action to be taken. But that's good that action is happening. Finally.

The past couple days have made it clear that arresting and prosecuting Johnathan Ross isn’t just the right thing to do, it is necessary to prevent future violence by ICE who have interpreted the situation as “we can do that to whoever we want”
