He just likes to act that way. He’s pretty smooth once you get to know him.
Boooo I love a nice rounded corner
I love a free hotel breakfast
Look at this sweater I made for my dog! He’s so handsome!

I did stitch my own grid, it took forever but it’s been so helpful! And I had the fabric on the other side of the frame for a while and decided to try it on the other side when I had to move it over. It seems to work fine either way
A few weeks ago I realized I had used the wrong seam allowances for this dress. Everything was ripped, pinned, and sewn again. I am now back to where I was all those weeks ago. Hooray.

Sometimes it can help if they are looking at you when you speak. If you can’t talk to them in person, try FaceTime of something equivalent. Cutting down on background noise can be helpful, too.

A haunted house but every room is just two people you have to help use the printer and one is older than you and the other is younger than you
My morning crafting set up! I spend the first 30 minutes of my day drinking coffee and working on a project. It’s better for my sanity than starting with reading the news on my phone.

Yeah, this pattern has a 1/2 in seam allowance rather than the 5/8ths I had sewn. Normally it wouldn’t be such a problem but it also has princess seams and not a ton of ease.
It’s good to know I’m not the only one!
Someday I will be able to reflect on this as a good lesson in reading the pattern instructions carefully. Someday.
Sometimes you sew 60% of a dress before you check the pattern to make sure you’re using the correct seam allowance (I was not).

Update on my Scarlet Quince cross stitch! This row is mostly stems, so it should be (relatively) quick
