Cville folks: If you have furniture to donate, where do you go? I know the usual suspects that resell items to support their org's mission. I'm also aware of Buy Nothing groups. Just wondering if there are other options to give directly to people who are in need, starting over, etc.? Thoughts?

Our power has been out going on four hours now in Mill Creek. No update from Dominion. Maybe a small outage of 123 homes isn’t a priority? Would be nice to get it going before the snow knocks it out again, though.

Last week, I got the COVID and flu vaccines. My 18yo was only able to get the flu shot because he didn't have an underlying condition.
Both are contagious respiratory illnesses causes by viruses. The CDC's own website says COVID spreads more easily than the flu.
