I saw someone say they don't consider ICE to be law enforcement. But the reality is that they serve the State, and they're most certainly not on the side of the working class. Many people still believe that law enforcement/police are meant to serve the people, they don't, they serve Capitalists.

The law of armed conflict? Were the people on the boat firing missiles at the Navy? Even if it's an "armed conflict" once your enemy is down(wounded) it's over, if you "finish the job" after that it's called murder.

So an armed conflict implies that we are at war with Venezuela. Did Congress who are the only ones who can vote to go to war aware of this? Or do we not need a legislative branch of government anymore. If not we need to stop paying them.
