Are you ok? Be sure to refill your water. Take a couple of long, slow breaths. Sit by the window for a minute and watch branches sway in the wind. Stretch your legs. Turn your face to the sun like a flower. Knit. Have some tea. Maybe a cookie. Look at the stars. Rest when you can. 🧶☕️🌳🍪

Currently juggling my protest skills and my 101-uses-for-dry-bean skills and my gardening skills and my "maybe knitting will help me get through another day" skills. Am I exhausted and delirious? Yes. But is it kind of working? Maybe. 🌱🧶🥦

When it comes to boycotting, just a thought. It’s okay if you can’t quit a company cold turkey. In Master Gardeners, when we encourage people to switch to native plants, the goal is 70% native, not 100%. If you were shopping at a store 80% of the time and cut it back to 60%, that 20% still hurts.
