I feel like I have no interest in doing almost /anything/ anymore. I usually end up sitting around feeling lost & empty.
Sometimes I'll think of something, get prepped, before the interest will just crumble away & leave me feeling numb.
I could force it, but that usually makes the feeling worse.

i can't emotionally afford another failed date so instead i'm simulating the outcomes of 1,000 dates in my mind. 998 end up with me ghosted with 17 of those being preceded by a text describing me as "bizarre". in the remaining 2 they find out where i live and remove my limbs in my sleep

First off, YOU are your best advocate. Sadly, hearing disorders can be woefully undermined in society as a whole. It's easy for people to see someone with a cane or wheelchair and subconsciously make space for that...🧵
