Onwards and downwards.

I'm doing calorie counting, no desserts, active walking every day, and now started Tai Chi twice a week.
Weight chart, continuing downward trend. Started at 288 down to 275 A steps chart showing activity. Going on average 9000 steps daily now, having started from a rather sedentary lifestyle
