between deadlock and rivals i've come to realize why i dont ever try to play new characters on launch and it's because it fucking sucks dick and i wish i could go into cryosleep for like 4 months so when i wake up i can play them and not have to fight randoms for it

i hold no illusions of grandeur and am willing to admit i am total ass at every game ever made which means that if for some reason i ever try to dance around it like those dudes who blame their 9 to 5 on why they're bad then you're allowed to laugh

going from rivals (a game i consider myself to be actually good at) to deadlock (game where i do nothing but relentlessly feed and am always bottom of the scoreboard with double digit deaths) is like really setting me up to just not wanna play it much anymore but i know if i don’t i’ll never improve
