I’ve been looking for the perfect vintage curtain valance for weeks. I just found and bought one from Urban Outfitters of all places. I’ve never shopped there, but super happy to have found exactly what I wanted without having to make it myself!

Did people really memorize phone numbers before cell phones, or is that just a movie thing?

I was watching some old shows from the 90s and noticed people would just dial numbers from memory - like they'd call their friends or family without looking anything up.
Made me wonder if that was actually normal back then? Did people genuinely have all their important numbers memorized, or did most folks keep a little address book or written list nearby?

One thing about this whole rebrand that just kills me is that her hair and makeup are much improved. Which tells me it was likely intentionally bad in the first place. That probably seems dumb, but makes me wonder who is behind it.
