Wanted to make the switch to Pepcid from Prilosec because I learned Omeprazole can cause mineral loss. I'm experiencing the worst freaking heartbuuuurn. I'm going back to my Omep. That's been working without fail.

We took an adventure today into the mountains. I said I was gonna take it easy, but I can't ever help myself when I see trails. I climbed a small hill and I know I'm gonna pay for it the next few days or more, but it was worth it.

I love this! When we lived up north, we had concrete blocks that were lined around under the fence. Where we are now, the ground is extremely hard.

I would add on:
Try to just always have sight on your pups. Personally, I'm always outside when they are, they don't leave my sight. /paranoid lmao
