I am going through a period of transition - which is usually difficult for me - but for the first time I feel able to process my emotions than putting a social post bandaid on them.

My emotions are caused by me and the people I interact with, not by some ex colleague doing things on Instagram.

This app is the only “social” app on my phone. (YT and Reddit don’t count for now).
I don’t know what is viral, no idea often what my partner or friends are talking about.
And I am so much calmer and care so less about others.
