leaving the scene of a car accident is a crime and i’m so fuckin sick of these lawless criminals in my neighborhood
NOW: At 32nd and 15th in South Minneapolis. federal agents smash up their car, leaving the car there while hopping in another vehicle, per bystanders. Reports of a person taken as well.

This is the first example I’ve seen of an American government using AI to meaningfully misrepresent actual events with the intent to deceive the public. We are at Stalinesque levels of propaganda.

How much property damage is being racked up by ICE right now? And who ends up paying for it?
ICE just crashed a car at my intersection (due to their own shitty driving) and immediately got out and tear gassed observers.

Every one of those Dems should get every inbox they've got flooded with every picture of every ICE atrocity until they're driven from office.
The seven Democrats who sided with Republicans were Reps. Henry Cuellar (Texas), Jared Golden (Maine), Marie Gluesenkamp Perez (Wash.), Laura Gillen (N.Y.), Don Davis (N.C.), Tom Suozzi (N.Y.) and Vicente Gonzalez (Texas).
NEW: Federal agents have detailed a Spokane 10-year-old and her father.

They remain in a Texas immigration detention center.

The judge that is set to oversee the case has a 90%+ denial rate for asylum claims. www.spokesman.com/stories/2026...

So amazing to see clergy truly walking the walk.

I think for a lot of us, including myself, there have been a lot of reason to feel cynical and distrustful of the religious organizations we grew up with, but it’s nice to see evidence of them showing up for human rights.
It's this! They are explicitly echoing Dr. King's call. They got in yesterday to train. @jackjenkins.me was reporting 1,500 clergy: www.marchminnesota.org

Essentially, what stops abductions is when crowds outnumber the masked kidnappers. When people aggressively follow ICE with whistles and horns, crowds are ready to show up. If they show up fast enough, ICE leaves and a family is not broken. (People here understand the stakes).

Another question I came here with was: how effective are the whistles and honking? Does it stop abductions? And the answer is, surprisingly to my cynical self, yes, and often. I have talked to so many people who have successfully interrupted kidnappings.

Happening now: From Target HQ in Minneapolis hundreds of clergy ask Target to be good neighbors and Support the 4th Ammemdment stop Cooperating with ICE!

Watching these videos of ICE attacking children, I can’t help but think about how many of these men first practiced their violence in their own homes.

Domestic violence teaches our oppressors to dehumanize the most vulnerable among us.
