therapy canceled 5 minutes before our start. glad my therapist is safe, just bumming as I was really feeling the need to have therapy today (and always tbh). dying uncle (my former boss & colleague at the funeral home) has me tripping. this grief feels like the ultimate shapeshifter. just, not okay.

Ash & I starting hermit mode turkey day until their surgery 12/12 to keep ourselves as healthy & as least contaminated as possible to avoid surgery and PTO rescheduling. All intentions for a smooth surgery & an easeful-ish & supported recovery. Nervous while also amped to be care assist to my wife.

Sent an obit to the newspaper yesterday at 1pm for a Sunday run. Awaiting a proof back two hours before deadline and I am STRESSED. It still needs to get to the family before the 2pm deadline for their eyes/heart to green light it. Arranging flowers for tomorrow between obsessively refreshing email.
