My neighbor just asked me, in Spanish, if there are fewer ICE around today, and I had to tell her no, I am so sorry, they are still everywhere. “Well, I still have to go to work. I have to pay for rent and food.” I didn’t know what to say to that, so I just said I am so sorry, again 💔

Can someone describe to me why @governorwalz.mn.gov hasn't declared a peacetime emergency in order to, among other things, allow for an eviction moratorium?
