What doesn't seem to be recognised, yet, is that the lessons of history have been learned and those who are now in power are being more successful in reintroducing fascism because they know what went wrong, last time. They know dissent must be crushed and fear instilled to quell protest and revolt.

When #AusVotes2028 remember that Anthony Albanese is the President of the Australian Parliamentary Sports Club, which is registered as a lobby group.

So the current Prime Minister of Australia is also the president of a group lobbying the govt on behalf of the gambling industry.

The gambling industry is predatory and insidious.

I quit the Parliamentary Sports Club a few weeks ago, when I discovered it had registered as a lobbyist group and was sponsored by the gambling peak body.

The industry will do anything to wield influence on pollies, and hates being called out.
