We just found out about #ComixCleric! We're STOKED this resource for building comics sites is funded, so artists won't have to pretzel knot their sites with comics-non-friendly infrastructure (it's us. We are pretzels).

For the #ComicArtTrain here are some pages from our webcomic Walk on, Weetrill!
Page 30 - 1 - Tea is poured into a ‘mug’ which is actually a spiral seashell. A large white feathered bird wing holds the shell mug in place 2 - A small tray of nuts. berries, seeds, and apple slices. A black bird beak delicately places another nut on the tray 3 - Closeup of a large red birds eye. The plumage around the eye is black 4- Weetrill sits in a sideways teacup on top of a plump purple cushion. He is holding the locket in both hands and shouting to Magpie in the other room. He looks perturbed. Weetrill: Well I don’t see why you had to make such a fuss. Page 31 - 1 - Weetrill sits in his teacup-chair in the middle of magpie’s audience chamber, muttering half to himself. in the foreground, a large, horned avian shadow watches from the next room. Weetrill:Now everyone’s cross with me for skipping the line. 2 - a closeup on weetrill’s locket, his face reflected on its surface. Weetrill: It’s bad enough losing half a day’s forage, without having eleventy-nine squirrels chittering behind my back about it! 3 - Weetrill continues his rant, eyes closed in a huff. Weetrill: All because YOU had to make a spectacle of— 4- Weetrill is suddenly cut off by the arrival of a steaming shell-mug of tea, which pushes in from out of frame. Page 32 - 1 - Magpie Witchbird casts a dark shadow as she towers over the teacup seat with the tiny seashell mug pinched between her talons. She has twin branchlike antlers with a crystal hanging from the left antler. Her eyes are bright red. She wears a jeweled human ring as a circlet around her head. She has a massive gemstone on a chain around her neck. 2 - Weetrill’s sass evaporates as he peers up a the bird five times his size. He accepts the tea in both hands and stammers Weetrill: Well - I - yes. Thank you. H-hello, Magpie. Page 33 - 1 - Magpie Witchbird casts a wry smile down at her sheepish visitor. Magpie: Well met, Weetrill. 2 - Weetrill gazes up apprehensively at Magpie as she continues speaking from off-panel, Magpie: Shrink’st not low in thy chair - thou hast my word I’ve grown not larger. 3 - A wide panel of Magpie’s nest. We see the Witchbird from behind as she addresses Weetrill, still seated in his teacup. Magpie: ‘Tis many months now since last my door thou didst last darken. 4 - Weetrill dithers in his seat, avoiding eye contact. Weetrill: Has it really been that long? My, but where does the time go? 5 - A profile shot of Magpie’s enormous antlered head pushing in close to Weetrill, who cringes into his teacup seat. Magpie: Where INDEED, young one?

Baldur's Gate 3 fan comic. Aldiirn skips through the crowded foyer of Moonrise Towers, giddy at having gotten away with telling off a Lolth-sworn woman. "We've lost him," Astarion gestures, "Aldiirn is cackling to himself." "Let me have this! You'd take a jab at Cazador given the chance." "I'd take it further and gut him through and through!" Astarion sneers. Aldiirn's cheer isn't dampened as he grins back. "It doesn't always have to be so direct. We could set Araj up for the next audience with Ketheric and watch the show. Or her sanguineous arts could prove useful to us. Never light away an opportunity too early..." Aldiirn trails off as he spots a tall hooded figure, dark as shadows, amongst all the drow cultists. With a hand Aldiirn signals for the party to stop. "What?" questions Astarion. "That drow." "Which drow?" Astarion's words begin to muffle as the hooded figure turns around, red hair spilling from under the hood, gold glinting on the bridge of a sharp nose. Shocking red hair, golden domino mask - the unmistakable visage of of the Lord of Shadows, Vhaeraun, staring down Aldiirn, calling for silence, and to listen. Through the chatter and hub-bub, Aldiirn hears it. A deep, distant beat, like that of a giant beast's heart, and the slithering noises of something wet and fleshy within the tower's stone wall. Pleased that Aldiirn has caught on, Vhaeraun points to the shadowed ceiling of the tower.

A big half-finished comic panel of a little demon kid (Vex) and his mum (Veritas) sitting together in a window seat discussing something distractedly while immersed in their respective interests (a toy sword and a journal). Sketched panels of two demon brothers, Viima and Halla, in a heated argument. Halla is yelling at Viima who, taken aback, tightens his grip on his weapon in seething silence. A silly sequence of a cartoony Vex with his multiple shadow hands enjoying party food on little cocktail sticks: “ooh, canapés. Stabby AND delicious. -munch- -chomp- hold up are we talking ‘bout murking?” A wordless four panel comic. Koru looks quizzically up at Astra, reaching a hand to his face. Astra appears to be a bit less put together than usual, exhausted. He leans into Koru's touch because he does, in fact, want to make out about it, and they do exactly that.
