Made these delicious crackers full of healthy seeds for the first time in a long while. So easy, chuck all the dry ingredients in together, then add water but I have swapped out the 1/2 cup of olive oil for a neutral oil this time. The more toasty ones round the edge taste nuttier.

The last of our IKEA bulbs 💡 has been installed in our standard lamp. Why remark on this? We bought these pre 2009! We shipped all our furniture from the UK including our Ikea Standard lamp and bulbs and now in 2025 we are using the last of the pack! Still using the bedside lamps too! 🤣

I don't believe in Hell, but if I did I'd like to think there's a special place in it for colleagues who shove dirty dishes and cutlery into a clean dishwasher that needs emptied. They will also be the ones that NEVER empty a clean load... because fairies [female colleagues] do it for them.

Today is the vernal (spring) equinox - It is only at the equinox that the sun rises due east 🌅and sets due west 🌄

This means it's the first day of astronomical spring - overhead sun shifts from the northern hemisphere to the southern hemisphere ☀️

Tylenol wasn’t widely used until the 1950s.

Anyone trying to tell you that Tylenol causes Autism isn’t someone that should be taken seriously.
