Is it weird that I'm excited to try Sonic Racing Cross Worlds? After thoroughly enjoying All Star Racing on the Wii U and being thoroughly whelmed with Mario Kart World, I'm just ready for another nontendo karting take.

This is disappointing to hear. Performance was the main thing (not the only) holding back the original game for me but this combined with the demo not ironing out camera movement makes me hesitant to jump back in. I want to like it so bad too.

Yooka-Replaylee runs at 30fps on Nintendo Switch 2

Those of you who hoping for 60fps on the undemanding Yooka-Replayee on the Nintendo Switch 2 will be disappointed to know that the 3D platformer will only run at 30fps on Nintendo Switch 2. Developer Playtonic says that a Performance Mode for Yooka-Replayee on the Nintendo Switch 2 could eventually come a later date. There's a demo of the game on the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S which runs at 60fps and 4K visuals. A demo has not been announced for the Nintendo Switch 2 version.

Donkey Kong Bananza is a ton of fun! I don't get the sentiment that it eclipses Super Mario Odyssey. They both have their own strengths they excel at regardless of a similar formula. If you're going to compare them you might as well make it a show called Bracket Breakdown where apples fight pears.
