I have come to believe that COVID made people realize that no one cares about anyone else, and with that knowledge they either: decided that meant they also didn't have to care about anyone else or decided that meant they had to be the care for others they wanted in the world. Join us in group 2

I agree that we ought to use persuasion to bring people nearer to our political purposes; I think that making every single Republican a social and professional pariah for the rest of their lives would be very persuasive when it comes to people weighing the cost/benefit of aligning with fascism.
