While the police are checking on Marky's gang, I think the SWs will be looking at:
1. Amber's (and maybe Brad's) whereabouts while it was all happening.
2. The wiped CCTV.

It wouldn't take long irl for the police to check that most of Marky's gang had cast-irom alibis. But I think the SWs will drag this out for quite a while yet.

I agree that Fallon suspects Harrison - but wrongly so imo.
But his would be a motive to wipe the CCTV and so put listener suspicion on herself and/or Harrison.
However, I actually want to be wrong and to be surprised.

He will remember later imo. He will remember a female voice making listeners more convinced it is Fallon (as attacker or covering up).
For now, he wouldn’t want to testify if he knew for certain it wasn’t Marky’s gang.
