Yes! The whole focus on 'metrics' and Likert scale evals makes me despair. It's WAY too similar to how we've been doing PreK- 12 education since the Every Child Left Behind Act over 20 years ago...sets everyone up to fail!
What can we do in the new year to get every grocery store every shopping experience every Coffee Shop every transaction to quit asking us to grade them. I'm sick of it -Do they not understand that there's 1000 other companies doing the same thing????
