Art style wise it's not as good as when the series started (the cell era) but it's much nicer to look at (in my opinion) than modern Conan and the art style shift that comes with it

Just rewatched Detective Conan: Jolly Roger in the Deep Azure.

This movie tends to rate low on most people's Conan movie rankings but I enjoy it.

I like island setting, Sonoko gets a bit more focus, there's a cute Haibara moment where Conan calls her his partner... it's good.

Finished Final Fantasy VIII tonight! It was a lot of fun using the Pocketstation for this playthrough, I got so many good items from Boko the Chicobo!

Defeated Ultima and Omega Weapon 🎉

Highlight of final battle: Dropping a Fat Chocobo on Ultimecia. She died by getting sat on.
