Everyone should call Tennessee House Speaker Cameron Sexton (even if you are not from TN!) (615) 741-2343. He is conspiring with Stephen Miller and has proposed 8 bills to increase collaboration with ICE. Essentially creating a secret police state.

Finally got around to a bit of research I'd been meaning to explore, and: There is no documented instance of an ICE officer being identified and assaulted while off duty because he wasn't masked. www.pbump.net/o/ices-excus...

There have been incidents of harassment and threats. But there are no apparent incidents in which identified ICE officers have been assaulted off-duty.

I try never to rank-order people's tragedies. But I can't help but notice all the media (social and conventional) talking about Alex Pretti and neglecting to mention Renee Good. Why? I'll be blunt: I suspect that it's because he's a man, and she's a woman. Misogyny runs very deep in this country.

At the very least, Congress must disarm ICE, prohibit it from using racial or ethnic profiling, end arrest quotas, remove agents’ immunity from criminal prosecution and civil lawsuits, and slash its funding. The Senate has the chance to rein in ICE this week.
