Rather socialist golden age Sci Fi lover, chemist (not a pharmacist), Derby County fan, remainer and gardener.

Yes, I do my own research and I do know what the heck I'm talking about.
Flag shagger my age ("old enough to know better") put a nice shiny "we want our country back" flag sticker next to the ATM I use.

Recycled it in the litter bin for him, glad to help the terminally confused.

Happy birthday Dad.

Miss you.

Nothing beats the feeling of being stood at the traffic lights next to a plonker revving his over-modded car with its noisy big-bore exhaust chucking out blue smoke... and then seeing him stall it as you scoot off into the distance in your EV when the lights turn green.

So, my old mate got sent to hospital with a serious bleed on the brain. Despite the odds, he's out & recovering well thanks to the NHS.

To all who pay their taxes/national insurance - a big thank you.

To those who think they are above paying in, (or support fartage), - fuck you all.

Looks like the TACO-guy has managed to screw up another profitable industry.

AFC Wimbledon promoted!

Walsall - congratulations on winning the "Top of the league and you F-d it up" award.

Looks like blatant time wasting isn't great tactic after all 🤣

He needs billions from DOGE for his tax plan - it's not there. Money from Trump tariffs? - nope, imports are slowing & China's not playing. Medicaid cuts? Dangerous.

OK, put out controversial memes, mention Panama, & Greenland, comment on the 3rd term, let's have a parade, new holidays...

Well Republicans, the approach YOU'VE endorsed is working isn't it?

Not!

How much is this going to cost red states when the Chinese start to buy their oil/gas and agricultural products from other cheaper sources?

A short time ago we'd be under the cosh and heads would be dropping.

Now the players look like they really believe they could get a result against the league leaders.

No matter the result, has to be said the new management has really improved the mentality of our team.

After 6 weeks of increasing embarrassment for the UK, Truss resigned. The pressure came from her own Tory MP's realising they needed to act to save their country - & their own futures.

Now is the time for Republicans in Congress & the Senate to recognise they need to make a similar decision.

So, Trump just proved live on air he does not have the skill to make one of the most basic of deals, with a man with possibly the weakest negotiating position possible. A truly embarrassing performance.

"Master deal-maker" my backside.

Looks like the republicans don’t want energy prices to go up as much as other costs. Maybe time for Canada to put an export tax on energy related products.
Generate some cash to help mitigate the impact of the tariffs on the economy.

Seeing as the tech-oligarchs in the US are intent on screwing up our economy by getting trump to put tariffs on our exports, can we start putting tariffs on their transactions in Europe/UK?

Maybe we need to be hitting the pockets of the powers behind the throne.

Here we go, Fartage looking after his US donors by killing the NHS & bringing them in.

Nice profits for them (and him), worse more expensive care for us.

He needs F-ing off ASAP.

Hey Kemi,

start by means-testing ex-PM's benefits, MP's allowances and the subsidised Commons bar before you start screwing over pensioners.

Tories will consider means-testing pensions triple lock, Kemi Badenoch says
The Conservative leader says her party needs to "give something to the next generation" and that the UK does not know how to means test properly.

TIL that if you're a lazy sod with a big car you're allowed to park across two Parent and Child spaces at the supermarket despite being on your own, because "Oh just f-off".

Just cut myself a slice of the Long Clawson Blue Stilton - (let's be honest, it's the king of cheeses) - I'd put aside for Christmas, and...Covid has screwed up my sense of taste. I can't taste it!

Totally unfair!

In one way it will be interesting to see how the world reacts to trump. Last time he was new and an unknown, now we know he’s a lazy idiotic bully.

Chances are we will see more push back on his blustering and probably more “world leaders laughing at the orange git” photos.
