Handy tool for creating invoices in the browser → invoice.cc

Haven’t tested it in real-world situations, especially when it comes to German bureaucracy, but still cool.

When I posted this, I realized there was no way to only link to Fictional uses within my gallery, so I added a little filter function now: jonastype.com/gallery?type...

I really didn’t foresee this when designing the typeface, but Fictional and children’s books just seem to be a match made in heaven

Clarification: I don’t use Tailwind. By utility classes, I mean custom utility classes written in vanilla CSS.
Class naming in HTML/CSS: I like utility classes, and I’ve been leaning more towards a utility-class-first approach lately. Combining this with a BEM-inspired system for specific blocks works really well for me. #frontend

Absolutely! It’s good, but the intended strictness doesn’t work for me. Naming every single deep-nested element, even if it would be easier to address it by [parent class > tag name] isn’t practical for me.

BEM-inspired means: I like organizing elements into blocks, elements, and modifiers, and I like to have a consistent naming system. I don’t like the idea of mindlessly applying this system to every single element, and I don’t like using underscores in class names.

It keeps all the warmth and personality of the regular style, but fits more text in less space.

Available at WIP conditions: pay what you think is fair, starting from €10 per style.
