I grew up on all those US TV shows featuring holier-than-thou young lawyers crowing about the sacrosanct nature of the US Constitution.

Someone had a good point below. Since the deployment of the National Guard was illegal, does this mean the families of the Guard soldiers can sue Trump, because if they hadn't been deployed there illegally, they would never been shot?
