I think if the raspberries are dead, they were the most amazing growers, this wet weather is killing so much, I may rip out the area and put a border there to make a raised bed.
Weeds are a huge issue, but it may be worth it to let the ancient rhubarb spread.

Bought ginger and turmeric root, making a quick anti-inflammatory sauce and I have never seen ginger so dry and knobbly. All the food around here has gotten so bad, mostly people don't cook much so it sits in the shops forever.
