This Alexei Sayle quote gets to the heart of the Mandelson scandal. The people who worked so hard to destroy Corbyn are close allies of Mandelson. They had no qualms at all about him having stayed at the house of a convicted paedophile. Mandelson stood for their values. They are truly vile people...

A plea to my fellow professionals in the media. Please put Trump’s racism on the top of your news agendas? Where is it? The leader of the “free world” is using his racism to make all of our lives worse instead of better. A racist is a threat to us all. Whatever else he is doing, holds no worth.

"Look. I asked Mandelson outright if he had done anything that should stop me giving him a nice cushy job with a big fat salary, and he said he hadn't. How was I supposed to know that a notoriously corrupt liar was lying to me...?"

The people in the Labour Party who worked so hard to destroy Corbyn are the same people who turned a blind eye to everything that was so obviously rotten and corrupt about Mandelson. It tells you everything about their values. They are a disgrace to politics.

Just remember that as they continue to attack us.

This is who they are. Mask is off.

Surely there will be a Parliamentary / criminal investigation into the allegations that Lord Mandelson, while in Government, lobbied for changes in policy at the behest of a convicted sex offender who had donated money to him?

Any party with an ounce of integrity would have expelled Mandelson years ago. A loathsome individual who represents everything that is rotten about mainstream politics…
BREAKING: Peter Mandelson resigns from Labour to avoid causing "further embarrassment" to party as result of Epstein links.

You need to be pretty repellent to push both Green AND Reform votes up when your baseline is Keir Starmer - but Wes Streeting manages it.

If you're angry because Springsteen used to be really good, and the music was great, but his new song about Minneapolis is crude virtue signalling, and you wonder why he's changed, the answer is he hasn't. You have. Springsteen still has fire in his belly; you’re an ageing reactionary.

Why the Green Party must beat the Reform extremists in Gorton & Denton.

Reform’s choice in Gorton and Denton tells you everything you need to know
Goodwin is a dangerous extremist with views on race that the vast majority of us find absolutely abhorrent.

Labour made the same claim in Caerphilly. "Only Labour can beat Reform". The actual result? Plaid got 47% (beating Reform!); Labour got 11%. Don't get fooled again. Vote Green in Gorton and Denton...

The betting markets are usually a pretty good indicator when it comes to politics. It’s a straight fight between Green and Reform in Gorton and Denton. A vote for Labour is a wasted vote. Vote Green to beat Reform (and you’ll finish Starmer off as a bonus!)

What's the outcome that terrifies Labour most in the Gorton by-election?

Reform winning?

Nope. It's the Greens they're most worried about.

They'd prefer Reform to win, rather than the Greens.

For how long do the world’s leaders appease Trump. Ask yourself. Who is the bigger threat? Trump? Or a refugee on a boat. When we abandon our moral duty and our principles, the world dies, regardless of who wins the gunfight.
