The electoral process for the election of the Romanian president has to be re-run in its entirety, with the government setting a new date.

I believe most people would have a picture of a person (probably a child; probably male) in meltdown, or stimming to calm, or holding hands over their ears.
Rather than, say, a contented autistic person deep in hyperfocus having a great time.
