Right? Whatever I can't reuse in class goes in the crafts drawer, which is overflowing with paper. Or I cut it in half or quarters to make notepaper, which I keep in the same cupboard:

I'm a slave to paper! For years this has been accumulating, every year I try to sort and reuse what are mostly worksheets. It takes hours to sort and archive one pound of paper and it's totally discouraging.

I'm done with it. No more guilt!

We always thought that Nobel was a Norwegian, since the prize is awarded in Norway by a Norwegian committee. But he was actually a Swede and he was born in Stockholm.
So why isn't the peace prize awarded in Sweden?
When I find the energy to look it up, I will tell you.

I had one lesson today, but the guy's in the middle of a big promotion and relocation and keeps cancelling. So I have a day off!

I'd already booked a Swedish lesson for this morning (yay!) and I might get started on building my desk. Maybe. Or maybe I'll play some vinyl. Haven't done that in ages!

@italkioffical.bsky.social completely changed their interface recently. It is now impossible to find anything, especially on the phone app. There's also this fish mascot thingy which I don't see the point of. Can't we just go back to how it was?

Ours literally plays a game of fetch. He loves elastic bands and will jump on the back of the sofa with a big thud (he weighs 6 kilos) and drop his elastic band down to whoever is sitting watching TV. They must then throw it, and Saturne will fetch it and bring it back, to restart the game.
