I'm perfectly aware this is by far not the worst thing he's done, but Trump's constant presence - day after day after day - in the lives and headspaces of hundreds of millions of people (billions?), in the US and outside, is so taxing. Every morning, we wake up and have to think about this asshole.

Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent is now making an explicit link between the US desire to annex Greenland and the continuation of US support for Ukraine.

And so, when I say that Trump is in danger of killing NATO, they really don't understand why any American should care, since, as far as they are concerned, only the United States does anything, and the rest of NATO is there as window dressing. You (hopefully) and I know that's not at all true, but too many Americans view things in this way." We've paid for the EU for 100 years with what to show... they turn on us in 2 seconds the moment we start paying LESS instead of NONE which we should be paying NONE. Europe is going through an economic and cultural decline because of their woke communist rulers. We are not going to bend our winning principles to become losers so Europe likes us. Our bond with Europe is more than governments its blood I’m sure you believe most if not all of that. What exactly does bankrolling NATO get the US? Everything you listed benefits Europe far more than the US. Please don’t pretend that controlling the Baltic isn’t orders of magnitude more important to Denmark than the US. Unserious.
