Those two elements are held on with leather straps and open in the back, which has the benefit of giving us a juicy thigh window. Some black fabric from an upper body garment is flowing both between her legs and around her back, the later being covered in part by large studded cuir bouilli flaps. Her arms and torso are covered in a long-sleeved maille shirt, with a cuir bouilli breastplate lined with fur covering her chest. She is wearing a belt at the waist carrying a fur covered bolt quiver and an early medieval sword in a scabbard. Her shoulders are entirely covered in a large but short black fur cloak tied in the front with leather laces. Her head is also completely obscured by the mask I mentioned before and also by a maille coiffe. She is holding a latchet crossbow with bronze fittings in one hand, and a bronze-tipped bolt in the other.

Who knows, how do I file a report on Etsy? I've done this many times before, but it seems they changed the template and now I can only select videos (not items), and when I enter links or their variations it simply doesn't work?? It's like it was made on purpose to make it more difficult.

An albatross for the long migrations they complete. When I looked up references, I found myself on Wisdom the Laysan albatross' wikipedia page. Since that species nests in Hawai'i, I drew a Mahiole for the helm.

The distaff, spindle, measuring rod, and shears of the Moirai, or Fates, of Greek mythology. Wanted to use a Greek shield but didn't want a round one, so I went with a Mycenaean figure 8 shield, and a boar tusk helmet to match.

A heraldic coat of arms rendered in ink and copic marker. The shield is oval-shaped, with oval cuts into the sides. It has a gold band along the rounded edges, and is split in half down the middle, one side red and the other side blue. A distaff and measuring stick are crossed saltire at the top half, with a drop-spindle between them. A thread winds from the distaff to the spindle, and then becomes the center line of the shield. A pair of shears sit horizontally on the bottom half, one blade over the center line, threatening to cut. The shield is set at a tilt. At the top of the shield sits a Mycenaean helmet, with face guard and top covered in close-set slices of boar tusk. A jaunty horsehair tail issues from the top of the helmet.
