advice from an optician: if it seems like ur glasses just smear every time u try to wipe them, wash them with water and dish soap and dry with a soft clean lint-free cloth. you can do this as often as you like. do not use lens cleaners with alcohol in them. it breaks down your coatings and lenses!
They should make glasses that get clean when you clean them

GOT MY BLOOD TEST RESULTS BACK.. i still need an official Doctor's Diagnosis but my thyroglobulin antibodies are abnormally high which makes it pretty clear that i have hashimotos. i feel so vindicated that it wasnt all in my head (despite what my ex thought) and there IS something medically wrong!!
