I’ll take 3 innings and getting Busch out twice. Nice use of a lefty against some hitters who struggle against them. Not sure he gets to PCA again though

Quintana can’t throw strikes, especially to RHB, and confidently generate weak contact. I’m not sure why he’s on this roster.

Packers not in the bottom 5 is kind of amazing. But maybe MLF and Jordan are more comfortable in those situations so they can take less time.

2021 @ WS: Euros do practice rounds together, walking through holes, scenarios, discussing. Americans are in tiny groups, kind of just playing holes like a normal golf round. On the range after, Euros are talking to each other & fans watching as it gets dark. Nothing like that from Americans.

After: 17.80 (4th), 3.95 (17th), 3.32 (9th), 8.50 (6th), 2.03 (1st)

The 2.03 is OT and only 3 teams have played OT. DAL also improved in EPA in OT last night.

Congrats (congrats, right?)! Be safe with whatever program you pick up, I imagine restarting lifting is like restarting cardio training, going too hard too fast means missing time from fatigue or injury
