Mears and Mitchell just aren’t making enough for them to have to worry about their limitations. They can focus on the upside, which is considerable in both cases, and if worst comes to worst they can demote Mitchell or release either of them and it doesn’t really even ripple the payroll.
Mears is a bit of a surprise to me, but everyone else makes sense.

Yeah, you just gotta keep putting it up and hope they start falling at some point.
Badgers aren’t playing poorly, they just can’t shoot, unfortunately a team like this will have these types of games and there isn’t much you can do.
