Hey howdy hey!

This is a MASSIVE step for me but if you didn't know, I'm a game developer! I'm proud to finally announce that I have an Itch page of my very own now, where you can play some projects that I've worked on within the past year, all for free!

Seeing Stranger Things fans doing the same shit Sherlock fans did 9 years ago regarding a “secret good final episode” is so fucking funny to me

i have received, from clients, quickly photoshopped concepts, scenes acted out with action figures, lego sets, stick figures, scenes from movies with a "but xyz different instead", and I could go on. all of these were helpful and they had the average amount of note passes

there's really no excuse
Anyone who supports this is an embarrassment. "Instead of typing it out they'll generate their idea"? Are you insane?

Call yourself whatever you want but you aren't creatives, that's for sure.

im not an artist by any means and can only speak as a client/commissioner, but i think the idea of using a prompt to concept a concept for your concept artist kinda ruins whatever cool concepts you could've had

the faux-AI evangelists see the artistic process as a race to get to a finished product, instead of something valuable in itself. the process is where you develop those skills you don't have yet, it cannot be skipped, it is where the art happens
