Had a near catastrophic septic situation. New vendor was absolutely awesome and fixed it up quickly, with humor and great communication. Delightful honestly. Odd to say about your septic system, but IFKYK.

I get this! We kept Tupelo on the leash so she wouldn’t go in. Sound up, it was windy and beautiful, St Augustine beach. Love our water dogs. So glad Shelby is doing so well. 🥰

i noticed this person who works at shelby's vet who I've known for years as jake had a name plate that read "jake/jade," so I asked which they prefered and they said jade and I said cool and they teared up and gave me a hug.
it's just that easy to make someone's day. try it.
