800+ flights cancelled today because Elon took a chainsaw to the federal government and Trump won’t pay the remaining airport personnel.

Elon’s on his way to becoming a trillionaire.

Trump’s net worth has more than doubled inside a year.

Glad everything worked out for them.

How about you?
CEO has potential trillion dollar personal net worth after securing increase in pay for overseeing consistent drastic declines in revenue. It’s that stupid.
If you look at the money and ideologues currently pulling the strings of a tattered mind, the second term makes complete sense.
Get your physical. Then get out and vote for a better future.

Sometimes the first poem after a period of creative drought can’t help but be about said drought.

Leaked document. Yikes, things are about to get much worse. It looks like we’re on the verge of becoming a military state across the country. Step out of line, and the man come and take you away.
That’s right, alpha rhythm = jerking off two imaginary air giants while gyrating to a Village People classic.

Mike Johnson called us back from July 4 recess on 7/3 so he could gut Americans’ healthcare in the Big Ugly bill. Since then, he has only had the House in session for 19 of the subsequent 104 days. That’s how we ended up here.
Clear roles - do they do marketing, cover design, etc. if so, how much and how much do they expect from you?

If this is a hybrid press, they’ll want you to do more on the sales/design front. If this is a more financially stable one like one backed by a university, they’ll do the bulk of the work.
You first, Sean. Only True Alphas lead the way.
It’s almost like vaccines have efficacy (if you’re rich) again.

CNN: “An older couple making $85K/year will see their yearly insurance premiums jump from $7K to $25,000 — 30% of their income.” 😳#TrumpShutdown #TrumpHealthCareTax

This is what Dems are drawing attention to and want fixed. Now, not later.

New in PN: Get ready for the next big bailout

"What this means is that the farmers will be insulated at least somewhat from the damage Trump’s foolish trade war did to them; in other words, they’ll get a bailout. The rest of us will pay for it. And the economy will get no benefit at all."

Republicans would rather shut down the government than help millions of Americans afford health care. This article tells some of their stories, and is a good reminder of what’s at stake.
These people have found their health care at the center of a shutdown showdown

Because to MAGA volume (actual decibels or just a sheer projectile vomit of chatter) = strength. It drowns out conversation and precludes any hollowing of their script through adult conversation.

In effect: "We are explicitly threatening to starve Americans to force a budget deal"
Leavitt: "They want food assistance programs for women and children and impoverished communities to continue going out the door. All of that will come to an end if Democrats vote against this CR that Republicans are proposing."
Almost makes one pine for the era of nascent comment section centrism: the single word posters who would just say “*yawn*”or “meh” because they had an insight into the process none of us sheeple could begin to contemplate.
“I know you are but what am I”. All the policy complexity of a playground during recess.
What we’re asking, Chuck, is for you get your head out of your strongly worded letters and stop extending the olive branch to authoritarians. You will get rolled, dragged to the right, and further fund the destruction of our democracy. Make a choice. Norms or the country. It’s that simple.
