Did you see the article, maybe a week ago, describing how Canada could build our own, sovereign data centre(s) so we're not shackled to US? Something like $1billion, I think.

Surprising bonus: Other countries would send their data here for safety and security from US.

What makes me angry is inconsistency, here, there, anywhere. I've also been calling it hypocrisy but I this @winnipegfreepress.com column has changed my thinking. When it's intentional, it's malevolent 🔥

I still believe Twitter was, now Bluesky is, a place for the singletons at each institution to connect. I’m the only person studying active learning classrooms at my college yet I have Bluesky folks - also on their own - to learn with and from.

The part the had the greatest impact on me is Roman’s open and unabashed “That make me cry 🥲”. I’m gonna use that - that line and that honesty 😊
