I can taste the panic these two felt doing their little stencilling. So casual with ‘own goal’ thinking they had all the space in the world. Look at the chasm between own and goal! On the how did you hear about Visit Rwanda if you click other it asks what that other was with a free text box. I put I heard about them through news controversy about it, and added my opposition to the deal being renewed. In case helpful to hear one such way to crowbar in.
