Started a new routine, as realised I I’m getting no exercise at all. Up at 5.30, do kids breakfast & lunch. Wake them at 6.30, then out for a 30 minute march until I am breathless. Might build back up to running, this will do for now. Home by 7 to get kids ready Off to school by 8. So far, so good…

I have a 2 day training course today and tomorrow followed by a requirement of 5 case studies and an interview to pass the course. I already want to run for the hills

People, my car is on its last legs. I’d rather use public transport but it’s spectacularly unreliable,& for some places I need to get to, non-existent. I don’t really want another fuel guzzling monster, but electric vehicles are so expensive. Do you have an EV? What do you honestly think of it?

Interestingly some people think I have sub-posted something that I did not sub post. I was sub-posting something else entirely. But they assume that it was that. And everyone knows what assume makes.

I am begging my Bluesky friends not to respond to trolls, because the platform's setup means that every time you do, that troll's inciting, offensive statement ends up on the timelines of all your friends and taints everybody's day! I really want to see YOUR thoughts, not theirs.
